These terms cover orders placed at oldrow.cardinalhardwarems.com, operated by Cardinal Hardware, 104 S Laurel Street, Summit, Mississippi 39666. Placing an order means you accept them.
This is a pickup-only shop. We do not ship. Everything you order is collected in person at the store counter in Summit.
1 · What you are buying
Every item listed is physically on the rack in the store. When you order, that size comes off the floor and is set aside under your order number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude Mississippi sales tax at 7%, which is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
We try hard to keep the counts on this page accurate, and they update the moment an order goes through. Very occasionally a shelf count drifts — a damaged item, a miscount, a sale rung up at the counter at the same moment. If that happens and we cannot fill your order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
Photographs and colours
Product photographs are Old Row's own. Colours can look different between screens. Where we do not hold a verified photograph of a garment, we do not show one rather than showing a lookalike.
2 · Payment
Payment is taken at the time you order, by card, through Stripe.
Cardinal Hardware never sees or stores your card number. The payment form on this site belongs to Stripe and runs on Stripe's own systems. Your card details go directly to them and never touch our website or our records.
We receive from Stripe only what we need to fulfil the order: your name, email address, phone number, the amount paid, and the last four digits and brand of the card. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest certification in the card industry. Their handling of your data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
3 · Collecting your order
- Orders are ready the same day during store hours.
- Bring the order number from your emailed receipt — on your phone or printed. That number is your proof of purchase.
- We hold a paid order for 7 days. After that it goes back on the rack and we refund you in full.
- Anyone with the order number can collect the order. If you would rather we released it only to you, tell us when you arrive or call ahead.
Store hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, closed Sunday.
4 · Returns and refunds
- 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached.
- Bring your order number.
- Refunds go back to the original card. We cannot refund to a different card or pay out in cash.
- Your bank typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show the credit after we issue it. That wait is the bank's, not ours.
Stickers and flags are returnable on the same terms if unopened and undamaged. Items that come back worn, washed, or without tags cannot be accepted.
If an item is faulty, tell us and we will replace or refund it regardless of the 14 days. Your rights under Mississippi and federal consumer law are not affected by anything on this page.
If we cancel an order
We may cancel and refund an order in full if an item turns out not to be available, if we cannot verify the payment, or if an order appears fraudulent. You will be told by email.
5 · Your information
This section covers this shop specifically and sits alongside the Cardinal Hardware privacy policy.
What we collect when you order
- Name, email address and phone number — entered by you into Stripe's checkout, so we can prepare your order, send your receipt and reach you about it.
- Billing address — collected by Stripe to verify the card.
- What you bought, the amount, and the date.
- Card details — never. These go to Stripe and are not sent to us or stored by us at any point.
What we do with it
We use it to fulfil your order, to email your receipt, to contact you if there is a problem with the order, and to keep the sales records a business is required to keep. We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not send marketing email from this shop unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Microsoft — our email is hosted on Microsoft 365, so your receipt passes through it.
- Google and Microsoft — if, and only if, you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how the shop is used. Neither is given your name, your email address, or anything you typed at checkout.
- Nobody else. No advertisers, no data brokers, no mailing lists.
What this site stores in your browser
Your bag and your saved items are kept in your own browser's local storage so they survive a refresh. They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and are cleared when you clear your browser data.
Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. The first time you arrive we ask; nothing is loaded until you answer, and choosing Reject blocks Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity entirely — you can still browse and buy, and the shop works the same either way. You can change your mind at any time with the cookie settings link, which clears those cookies again. This shop sets no advertising cookies and does not use your visit to target ads at you.
If you accepted, the anonymous analytics identifier from your browser is passed along with your order so the sale can be counted against the visit that led to it. It is never combined with your name or your email address, and if you rejected cookies there is no identifier to pass.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and returns — normally seven years, which is what our records obligations require.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Mississippi has no general consumer privacy statute, but we extend these rights to everyone rather than only to residents of states that require it. If you are a California resident, the rights described in the main privacy policy — including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do — apply here too.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Old Row and the Old Row marks belong to their owner. Cardinal Hardware is an authorised stockist. Nothing here claims ownership of, or affiliation beyond stocking, those brands.
